Roxboro Community School (RCS) held a second graduation ceremony for the Class of 2021 on Aug. 31. Four students – Juan Carlos Bojoy-Salvador, Carolyn Michelle Cartwright, Maci Denise Mitchell and Lindsey Faith Stone received their diplomas after completing summer classes. RCS high school principal Darkarai Bryant said he was “proud of each of these graduates.” He said each one of them personified the RCS motto, “Perstare et Praestare,” or “to persevere and to excel.” The ceremony was held in the RCS library and was attended by family members and some RCS staff.
