Strawbridge Fall Sport team and individual (optional) pictures will be taken Tuesday, Sept. 20 beginning at 9:30 a.m., on the RCS athletic field/gym. This includes both middle and high school. Student-athletes should wear game uniforms and game shoes for the photos. Picture forms will be located in the main or coaches' offices. Contact Coach Goodson or Coach Jones with questions.

Current Aladdin Auditions are for actors only. There will be a separate time and meeting for those students interested in helping backstage. This week's auditions are just for those students who would like to be in the show, NOT BACKSTAGE.
Auditions are Tuesday-Thursday from 3:15-4:30. Please be on time. If you are not available this week due to COVID related absences, please email Mr. Hall at halldc@roxborocommunityschool.org to set up an audition time.


Pick up lost and found items by Thursday, September 8. After that, they go to the Christian Help Center.


RCS Parents and Friends, the first Germany, Switzerland and Italy meeting will be Thursday, September 8, at 7 pm in the multipurpose room. Please join us and remember to bring a copy of your passport and a pen. We will review our trip Itinerary, confirm details, and list roommate assignments. The RCS High School Book Club will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, September 6, immediately after school, in the library. All high school students are welcome.


Middle school baseball workouts will begin on Thursday, September 8, 3:30-4:45 pm, at RCS. All interested participants should meet in front of the gym lobby. Participants must register on Dragonfly and complete six steps to be eligible to participate.


The RCS staff honored the memory of long-time custodian Roland Crawley by wearing our “Crazy for Crawley” t-shirts.



Aladdin Auditions will be held September 6-8 from 3:15 to 4:30 pm in the multipurpose room.
Actors should be prepared to sing a song of their choice. No more than a verse and/or chorus.
Rehearsals begin promptly at 3:10 and will run until 5 pm. Rehearsal schedule is Monday - Thursday. Depending on the part, not every actor will have to be present every day.
Students must be passing all classes. Academics always comes first.
All other forms will be handed out at auditions.

Roxboro Community School is pleased to announce the establishment of a Sports Hall of Fame (HOF). Inductees may be selected from four categories: (1) Athletes; (2) Teams; (3) Coaches/Administrators, and (4) Others who have made significant contributions to Roxboro Community School Athletics.
The purpose of the Sports Hall of Fame is to bring proper recognition to noteworthy athletes, teams, coaches, administrators, and contributors for their accomplishments and contributions to the RCS athletic program.
RCS will conduct an induction ceremony each year to present awards to those duly elected to the Sports Hall of Fame.
To honor each inductee, RCS will present a plaque to the elected member(s) as well as a permanent plaque to be displayed in a prominent location at RCS.

RCS HOSA is once again hosting an American Red Cross blood drive this fall. It is scheduled for Tuesday, October 18, 2022 from 8:30am-1:00pm.
