Middle school girls' basketball tryouts begin Monday, November 15 and Tuesday, November 16 at RCS gym, 3:30 - 4:30 pm (both days). All participants must have a valid physical on file with the school. If interested in attending tryouts, contact Coach Melinda Goodson via email: goodsonmf@roxborocs.org.

RCS students and staff, check for an email from Mrs. Shattuck if you'd like Chick-fil-A for lunch on the next Bulldogs Care Day (Nov. 10). Proceeds will benefit the Battle of the Bulldogs reading group.

The middle school boys' soccer Conference Tournament Game for today has been CANCELED due to forfeit by Henderson Collegiate. The RCS team will move on to the next round on Wednesday, October 27 against Vance Charter.

Middle school girls' tennis practice for today, Monday, October 25, has been moved to 4:30-5:30 pm due to the possibility of rain.

Strawbridge will be at RCS on Wednesday, October 27 to take grade six through 11 pictures. Seniors will have make-up tux and drape pictures that day. Seniors who have not signed up should do so HERE.

The RCS PTSO regrets to announce that the Holiday Extravaganza and the Gingerbread Dog House competition, planned for November 6, had to be postponed until spring. Many factors led to the change in plans and we felt it best to wait in order to make the event a truly wonderful experience for patrons and vendors. We apologize for any inconvenience. The RCS Women's Varsity Tennis Team is getting ready for Regionals play in Goldsboro today. Goooo Bulldogs!

NCHSAA Women's Tennis Regionals are today at Rosewood High School in Goldsboro. Start time is 1 pm. Emily Rogers and Allyshea Oliver will compete in singles. Olivia Townsend, Olivia Ess, Cora Bell, and Makenzie Partridge will compete in doubles. Good Luck Ladies! Go Bulldogs!

The Bulldogs will take on Kipp Pride in First Round Volleyball NCHSAA Playoffs on Saturday, October 23 at 3 pm in the Dog House. Admission Price is $7. RCS athletic passes are invalid for NCHSAA playoffs.

Congratulations to Nathan Morris, who was voted DAR Good Citizen for the RCS Class of 2022. Nathan will receive an award and have a chance to compete for a college scholarship. Congratulations, Nathan!
