High school baseball workouts today will be at the Hit Lab from 3:45 to 5 pm.
Middle and high school girls' Indoor Soccer is cancelled on Saturday, February 4.
Middle school baseball workouts will be at the Sandlot tomorrow, Thursday, February 2, from 3:30 to 4:45 pm.
Anyone interested in playing high school boys' golf should attend a 10-minute interest meeting tomorrow, February 2, at 3 pm in the athletic lounge. Contact Coach Jones at jonesjd@roxborocs.org with questions.

Middle school softball workouts will meet Wednesday, February 1, from 3:15 to 4:45 pm in the weight room. Anyone interested should attend. Physicals must be posted on Dragonfly.
Due to rain and field conditions, middle school baseball workouts will be at The Sandlot Tuesday, January 31, from 3:30 to 4:45 pm. There will be a $5 charge for each participant and anyone interested in playing can attend.

Friday, February 3 will be a Jeans Day. The $2 donation will go toward the next Europe trip. HOSA would like to promote National Wear Red Day that day, to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease prevention in women, so please wear red with your jeans.

As a reminder, workouts for all those interested in playing high school baseball will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4 to 5:30 pm at Optimist Park.
This is National School Choice Week, and Mrs. Bettendorf's art students got into the spirit by being creative!
School choice is the process of allowing every family to choose the K-12 educational options that best fit their children. Every child is unique, and all children learn differently. Some children might succeed at the neighborhood public school, while others might fit in better at a charter, magnet, online, private or home learning environment. That’s why school choice is so important! These options include all forms of education, from traditional public schools, to public charter schools, public magnet schools, private schools, online academies, and homeschooling.
Every child deserves an effective, challenging, and motivating education. And, because each student has their own unique set of talents, interests, and challenges, having a variety of options in education is crucial. What works well for one child may not work well for another child! In short, school choice ensures that each student can find a learning environment that allows them to be inspired, successful, and happy. #SchoolChoiceWeek
RCS HOSA held a Medical Terminology Quiz Bowl today. During the competition, participants Casey Gray, Mallorie Jones, and Emma Pryor provided the meaning to various medical word parts. Congratulations to Mallorie Jones as the winner of the RCS HOSA Medical Terminology Quiz Bowl!
