High school baseball workouts are cancelled for today.
As a reminder, workouts for all those interested in playing high school baseball will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4 to 5:30 pm at Optimist Park.

High School Students, if you are taking driver education, there will be an eye exam on Friday, January 27, at 3 pm in the Person High School cafeteria.

And, because each student has their own unique set of talents, interests, and challenges, having a variety of options in education is crucial. Three students from Roxboro Community School will represent RCS on Friday, January 27 and Saturday, January 28 in the Central District Honor Band Clinic. Hundreds of students across the district auditioned on Saturday, January 7 for this clinic. Nicholas Keizer, 12th grader, earned 5th chair in the 11-12 Honor Band on trombone. Alexis Butler, 8th grader, earned 7th chair flute in the Middle School Symphonic Band. Caroline Smith, 8th grader, earned 4th chair flute in the Middle School Concert Band. These three students will practice and perform a concert on Saturday with their honor band. Congratulations!

Lori Wilson, also known as The Tooth Fairy in Disguise, visited Mrs. Jill Clayton’s classes today. Mrs. Wilson is a dental assistant and children’s author who encourages young people to follow their dreams and believe in themselves. We were #bulldogproud to have her visit!

Report to the gym at 11:30 for CLASS PICTURE. Seniors will receive another Senior shirt at this time to take the class picture in.
Chic-fil-A lunch will be provided in MPR after the class picture is complete.
