The RCS Band Variety Show is looking for talent. Do you dance, sing, act, do comedy, etc.? The RCS Variety Show will be Friday, February 24 and Saturday, February 25 at 7 pm in the RCS multipurpose room.
Auditions for the Variety Show will be Monday, January 23, 3:30-5:30 pm and Tuesday, January 24, 3:30-4:30 pm in the RCS band room. If these audition times do not work, please reach out to Mrs. Smith at smithv@roxboxocommunityschool.org.
Auditions are in five minute slots. You will be notified after February 1 if your act is part of the Variety Show. You must not change your act between the auditions and the performances. Strawbridge Winter Sport (basketball and cheer) team and individual (optional) pictures will be taken Friday, January 20, beginning at 9:30 a.m., in the RCS gym. This includes both middle and high school. Student-athletes should wear game uniforms and game shoes for the photos. Picture forms will be located in the main or coaches' offices. Youth Legislative Assembly (YLA) is a mock legislative session where high school students voice their opinions and vote on issues concerning local, state and national government. The conference allows high school students an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the workings of local, state, and national government.
